Vera Kappeler and Michael Flury are acclaimed musicians in their own right, having played with some of the biggest names in the music world - she on the piano and harmonium, he on the trombone. Schallack, a project that is entirely of their own making, showcases not only their musical prowess but also their passion for gramophones and old shellac 78 rpm discs, the granddaddy of vinyl records. These enhanced musical rearrangements are further enriched by live input from percussionist Roman Bruderer.
