The experiences of expats are rarely brought up in discussions on migration. Many of them are highly qualified and independent. They often move from one country to another, living between different worlds. Abhishek Thapar proposes a touching evening with three expats living in Amsterdam and three living in Fribourg. Their favorite dishes are a link between their childhood memories and their current lives.
