A Journey on moving grounds

Lea Hobson creates scenic landscapes in public spaces. Nicole Morel makes them dance. The Parisian set designer and the choreographer from Fribourg toy with the possibilities of mutual influence.

At the beginning the blocks form an island. Little by little cracks start to appear. The dancers take over and disperse them. They form new constellations or scatter them throughout the space. The choreography constantly adapts and readapts to the urban conditions. The only point of reference is the continuous forward motion of the hands on a clock. The performance was selected for the prestigious Prague Quadrennial, the world's most important platform for scenography.


From 27 May to 5 June the company is in residence at blueFACTORY. You are invited to join them there at the Unlearning Center in the Halle Grise to participate in the following open events:

  • Participative research on 30, 31 May and 1 June at 17:00 each
  • Open rehearsal on 4 June at 18:00
